The candidate will be a member of the Platform Software Development team responsible for sustaining the x86 & ARM64 based servers.
As part of the Platform Software team, you will be working on a diverse range of software including Linux-based Service Processor Firmware, BIOS/UEFI and diagnostics – in support of newly released server products.
In particular, the candidate will act as a central point of contact for all technical issues . This position will analyze system software issues and perform root cause analysis/debug of problems from the our internal cloud customers and manufacturing operations .
- Key skills and knowledge include Linux, and firmware development experience(BMC and BIOS/UEFI). Programming expertise in C/Assembly, and familiarity with debugging/isolating system problems. The ideal candidate should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
