About this role:
Within Wells Fargo Technology group, this position is part of the Commercial Bank CRM (Customer Relationship Management) technology team. This team is responsible for developing, building, deploying, and managing integrated solutions for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. The platform supports multiple lines of business across Wells Fargo.
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to serve as a developer on the CRM team. The candidate acts as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technologies, tools and designs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience developing in CRM online. The candidate must be familiar with the Microsoft technology stack. technology stack. Other skills preferred are build and deployment processes associated with CRM Dynamics, and knowledge of TFS / GIT as a source code and build tool.
The candidate will be involved in activities that support the entire Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) as well as post-implementation activities and troubleshooting, if necessary.
In this role, you will:
- Be part of a scrum team related to moderately complex initiatives and deliverables
- Design, code, test, debug, and document technology solutions related to enhancements and bug fixes, including upgrades and deployments
- Resolve moderately complex issues, including troubleshooting issues and researching existing code requirements while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Adhere to all practices associated to coding, unit testing, and/or automated testing.
- Participate in activities that support the entire Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) as well as post-implementation activities and troubleshooting, if necessary.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve team goals
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications, US:
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of application development and implementation experience
- 4+ years of C#.NET experience
- 4+ years of MS SQL server experience
- 4 + years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- JavaScript Frameworks experience (jQuery, Angular JS, etc)
- RESTful or SOAP web services
- Good communication skills
- Able to interact with non-technical business partners
