As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be accountable for building and maintaining data-intensive software products and applications that are focused on bringing the healthcare data together. The DMS team manages products that make service offerings subscribed by many enterprise users. These products are mostly analytical in nature and support cutting-edge technology solutions to solve business opportunities. Positions in this function are predominantly involved in maintaining and moving these platforms forward to support the evolving business need.

Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative data solutions to meet them
Identify opportunities to evolve Data Management Services platforms and drive for automation of processes
Research, identify, and recommend industry best practices for solving business problems
Over time, develop a comprehensive understanding of the various business domains, their systems landscape, their processes and their strategic roadmaps
Development of clearly understood documentation for Operational Support and Maintenance tasks
Create ETL/ELT jobs, feeds, and streams from source systems to Warehouse/ODS
Create jobs, scripts and integration patterns/frameworks (any combination of: Bash / Python / Go)
3+ years of professional experience in the IT profession
Experience with shared/multi-tenancy environments
Experience with a scripting language, such as Java, PL/SQL, T-SQL, SAS, R, Python, Bash, Go, and/or VB
Experience with an RDBMS (Relational Database Mgmt System), such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MariaDB, or CockroachDB
Healthcare industry experience
MongoDB development experience
UI experience using React and/or Meteor framework
Data Modeling experience in a complex environment, such as RDBMS, NewSQL, and/or NoSQL
Experience using ETL/EAI/BI tools, such as SQL Server, SSIS, DataStage, Oracle ODI, Talend, and/or JasperSoft

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
