If you are located in Eden Prairie, MN, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges. This is a hybrid role: 2-3 days in the office per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discussions on Tech stack of Angular10 or above, Typescript, Java, Spring boot microservices, Elastic Search, Kafka & any SQL/NoSQL
- Good understanding of Spring framework including, spring core, spring cloud, spring boot etc. as the cloud native strategy to design and development of the enterprise web applications and microservices
- Able to lead & resolve the technical discussions with developers in teams
- Able to do Code Reviews on Daily Basis for Angular10 & Java microservices
- Active adherence to engineering best practices including unit testing, CI/CD, automated testing, Kubernetes
- Experience delivering applications using componentized and distributed architecture
- Ensure team is building reusable components, frameworks and libraries which can be leveraged across department
- Ensure solution and delivery teams follows best practices and improve application performance
- Participate in testing process through test review and analysis and skilled in Agile development methodologies including unit testing and continuous integration

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 4+ years of experience with Java and front-end technologies full stack development
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Angular
- Experience delivering technology products in a high growth environment
- Experience with one or more of the following CSS (Foundation or Bootstrap), JavaScript and HTML, with an understanding of CSS preprocessors including Sass and LESS
- Web development skills including HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS and Angular

Preferred Qualifications:
- Azure Cloud developer or Architect Certifications
- Experience utilizing Angular, using single page webapps, and component integration with APIs
- Demonstrated experience as a solid technical leader who can prioritize, communicate clearly and influence across cross functional teams
- Knowledge on AI and ML algorithms
- Knowledge on BPM tools like Camunda
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
