Senior Full Stack Software Engineer
Salary: 40,000 – 60,000
Hybrid working – Average 1 day in the office a week / HQ: Bath

The Role
You will be making a real difference to some of the biggest engineering challenges we face. This role covers the entire software development process. You will be picking the best technologies, deploying cutting-edge tools and working closely with customers and industry experts. Other responsibilities include putting together a software development team that utilises the experience of all members, as well as keeping the team upskilled. You will be getting involved with the technology strategy, project planning and promotions of online/in-person meetups.
Essential:
* Strong experience of a range of technolgies at all levels and an understand of how they fit together to provide a solution.
* Few or more front end (HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Reach or Angular).
* Few or more back end (NodeJS, Python, C#, .Net Core, Java).
* Few or more SQL/NoSQL databases.
* Lead a team of software developers.
* Excellent communication, verbal and written.
Desirable:
* Understanding of low/no-code solutions e.g. MS PowerApps.
* Experience with DevOps methodologies
* Consultancy experience
* Background or strong genuine interest in engineering, science and technology principles.
