A crypto start-up backed by two of the most notable players in fintech venture capital is seeking talented front-end developers. They are looking for software engineers with strong experience in Javascript and React to work on UI for their current product, an automated crypto investment platform.
The firm is currently building a ML/AI driven investment management platform to fill an massive, untapped gap in the consumer crypto exchange space. After their latest funding round provided by the most trafficked crypto exchange in the world and one of the most established market markers on the buy-side, they're looking to do major buildout on their engineering team and double headcount by the end of the year. By getting in on the ground floor, you'll have the opportunity to pioneer high-impact, greenfield projects in a hyper-growth industry, with the goal of bridging centralized & decentralized finance through building investment vehicles that help create a system everyone can participate in.
The team is headquartered in Miami, with flexibility on fully remote. Compensation packages are a base ranging from $125,000 – $175,000 + equity in the company, recently valued at $40 million. They have a team of immigration lawyers, and can sponsor with a minimum of one year left on a current visa. Their interviews can move quickly for strong candidates, with a two-step process consisting of an exploratory phone call and a whiteboarding technical screen.
General Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Javascript for user-facing development
- Experience with Vue.js, React.js, CSS, animations, design, etc.
- Testing CI-CD, cloud (specially GCP) would be great as well
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, start up environment on new platforms
