Xpertise is recruiting a series of DevOps Engineers for an industry-leading speciality insurer that is undergoing an IT transformation and is transitioning to a product-centric operating strategy. The team is seeking ambitious DevOps Engineers to bolster the team for this digital transformation. Please find further details below:
Role Title: DevOps Engineer
Salary: 65-95k based on experience and technical performance in the interview.
Benefits: big pension, big bonus, private health care, wellbeing allowance and more.
Location: Leicester or Cardiff or London + hybrid working model with 2-3 remote days per week
Key tech stack & experience desired:
- Experience in developing innovative ideas and principles around agile IT delivery
- Experience working in a CI/CD-driven organisation
- Continuous Integration: Jenkins or Azure DevOps or similar
- Automation of infrastructure e.g. Terraform, Ansible
- Orchestration & Deployment Automation e.g. Jenkins, Octopus Deploy
- Containerisation e.g. Docker, Kubernetes
- AWS / Azure / GCP (the environment is mainly Azure although lots of on-prem)
- Programming and scripting language experience in any language
- Ability to learn and integrate new tools and technologies in a wide and dynamic technical ecosystem
