Senior DevOps Engineer Terraform Linux – Python AWS – The Senior DevOps Engineer will be required to attend the client's offices two days per week in central London. Cloud-first environment. London-based data-driven financial trading company that operate within the algorithmic trading space seeks Senior DevOps Engineer to join a Data and DevOps engineering team. The team works closely with software engineers, data scientists and analytics teams to implement event-driven analytics solutions. An ideal candidate for the business would be an individual that is deeply passionate about working with high quality, well-structured infrastructure environments, leveraging the latest technology and methods available.
The Senior DevOps Engineer will:
- Assist with the growth and enhancement of their core environments.
- Be fully involved in the architecture, build, and maintenance of their Linux environment.
- Assist with continuous deployments across several environments.
- Enhancement of automation of infrastructure systems.
- Assist with the standardisation of the containerised platform and drive towards Cloud.
- Identify ways to improve reliability, efficiency and quality.
The Senior DevOps Engineer will have:
- 6 + years of commercial experience.
- Proven DevOps experience within Linux environments.
- AWS experience essential.
- Scripting experience Python or Bash.
- Implemented Automation environments across multiple environments.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Terraform experience required.
- CI/CD experience.
