HouseCalls, our yearly in-home health and wellness service, is a health plan feature for Medicare and Medicaid members, offered at no additional cost. It’s a way to help our members stay on top of their health between regular doctor visits. Within the larger Housecalls Operations team, we service and support the Medicare and Medicaid population, which can often be our most vulnerable customers.
This role is centered around our business partners and ensuring the data and reporting needs of our clients is running smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Production job monitoring and failure resolution
- Handle any data related questions
- Assess new requests and route as appropriate
- Dev work as needed and liaise with BA’s as needed to develop datalogic solutions
- Handle any urgent or ad-hoc requests from business / Business Analysts
- Take part in production deployments
- Coordinate with Tableau Team on report and data set changes
- Create test datasets, impact analysis
- Participate in meetings with the business for but not limited to requests, development and testing
- SSIS package developmentmodifications
- Develop SQL agent job

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 2 additional years of work experience in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years of SQL experience
- 2+ years of .Net experience
- Data dashboarding using Tableau, Grafana or similar tool
- Working knowledge of relational databases

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
