‘As a seasoned executive in Software Engineering and Architecture, you bring a competitive advantage to the firm through your world-class knowledge of leading-edge technologies and methodologies. You'll lead by example, overseeing a highly inspired team of technologists while solving mission-critical problems and introducing new technologies and new paradigms to innovate and accelerate AI/ML in JPMorgan and chase. By partnering with executive leadership from across the firm and engaging them in ongoing strategic dialogue, you'll not only contribute to the development of long-term global solutions, but also ensure that technology decisions are made in the best interest of our customers globally.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- World-class expertise in finance generally and/or the software engineering function in a regulated environment
- Mastery of application, data, AI/ML, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Strong knowledge of the threat modeling process and methodologies such as STRIDE/PASTA/VAST/OCTAVE/TRIKE etc. to uncover security flaws and control gaps
- Expert ability to analyze and identify risks in designs and communicate with key stakeholders to address the risk and drive a solution
- Experience with enterprise and security architectures to meeting industry standards such as SOX, PCI, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST frameworks
- Expert of architecture, design, and business processes
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
- Ability to lead large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
