What You Will Be Doing
- Build cloud based applications that are primarily used to trigger other events that deploy other applications and AI software to investigate + triage events (think of SOAR applications or complex workflow applications that are similar to a relay race)
- Active Part in the Open Source Community (It's not unusual to be asked to contribute / author an open source project to raise awareness)
- Participate and advance in a fast paced environment that uses test-driven (TDD), and encourages collaboration and fast iterations
Lead backend engineering efforts from rapid prototypes to large-scale applications
What You Need for this Position
At Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of Open Source software products and:
- Object Oriented Application Design / Development
- – Experience w/ JAVA, Scala, GoLang or other OOP
- Highly Distributed and Scalable Appplications
- High performance
- Cloud Back-End Development (Servers, Nodes, Clusters, Tuning, etc.)
- Memory Efficiency
You Will Be Exposed To The Following Technologies
- Java + GoLang
- Hadoop
- Kafka
- AWS Cloud
- PostgresSQL / MySQL
- Scala
- JVM tuning
Bonus Points for existing exposure to Go, Scala, Cassandra, Kafka, Elasticsearch
