My client with offices in the midlands and South East is looking to recruit a Remote Software Engineer on a Permanent basis.
You will be expected to apply the knowledge of Tools, engineering principles, programming languages and technical practices to how and what is built to produce quality software.
The main responsibilities for the role include
– Getting code into production
– Participate in Team estimation
– Test Drive Development
– Write, maintain and design the Business Logic of a software application
– Follow established Secure Coding guidelines
– Ability to “own” one or more features
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
– Ideally 1-3 years software development experience
– experience working with extreme programming methods
– experience supporting code running in production environment
– Focus on results and desired outcomes
– Take personal accountability and ownership for your work
– Suggest improvements to existing practices
The salary on offer is up to £43,670
