As a Provider Data Analyst within the data management area, you will be a part of a dynamic team focused on ensuring the quality of the data entered and maintained within our systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for various activities related to the provider network databases including the data quality
- Develops and maintains standards for database integrity and quality assurance
- Provides feedback to reduce errors and improve processes
- Responsible for Task management through Salesforce
- Ownership of quality through individual audits
- Manage assigned work within established turnaround times
- Complex data analysis based on Line of Business
- Research request to determine eligibility/validity for requested change to system

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years of experience working with vision insurance, healthcare or provider relations
- Experience working with multiple complex and detailed data systems
- Experience in researching requests and deriving a solution
- Proficient with Microsoft Word or Excel
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements.
