One of our most established clients are in the market for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to join their ranks to head up the implementation of Generative AI & LLM's into their product offering.
They are looking at revamping a lot of their Data & Product offering and see this Principal Machine Learning Engineer position as one of the key roles in doing so. As a Principal Machine Learning Engineer you won't just be responsible for building and implementing solutions but we are looking for a core level of commercial and business acumen to support this.
You will be an IC at first but what this Principal Machine Learning Engineer position will become is very open.
If the Principal Machine Learning Engineer position is of interest – we need to see the following:
- At least 6 years in a Data Science / Machine Learning position
- Demonstrable history of implementing key and complex Data Science / ML / AI projects into production
- An understanding of the impact that your projects have had in terms of ROI
- Any Gen AI/LLM experience a plus but not essential
- Strong Data Science / ML toolkit
- Understanding and ability to adopt some Software Engineering roles
- Outstanding communication and commercial understanding
