We are urgently recruiting for a Microsoft Power Platform Solutions Architect to join our team in London; working on several Power Platform projects with various banking customer of ours.
Experience required:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry
- Minimum of 5 Years of experience as a SharePoint Architect
- Experience in working with Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerApps/ PowerBI/ Power Automate)
- Experience in architecting Model driven apps and Canvas apps
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM ‘track record in the design, configuration and implementation of Dynamics CRM
- Confident presenting Solution to customers and resolve their complex issues
- Strong in Microsoft SharePoint Technologies (SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and Office 365 / SharePoint Online)
- Experienced in the architecture, design and development of large & complex applications and services using Microsoft SharePoint , Office 365 and Microsoft .NET technologies
- Ability to coach the team by providing clear career objects, priorities, technical advice, and performance reviews
- Empower the team to use industry best- in- class tools and technologies
- Experience assisting in Sales process and Microsoft Partnership for GTM solutions
- Experience in working on large proposals, RFPs, Technical Pre sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong Technical leadership – should be able to build technical capability and provide mentoring
Role:
- Work with product managers, user experience designers, test engineers, QA analysts, consultants, and program managers to ensure that we build tools that our internal and external clients
- Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed software development sprint plans and release schedules
- Assign and track deliverables to make sure your team meets internal and external deadlines
- Ability to map user requirements to standard SharePoint features, identify customization areas, estimate the customization effort and translate the analyzed requirements to design using SharePoint Consulting aptitude to be able to provide support to pre- sales and assisting clients in decision- making process
