What’s Required?
Whilst enthusiasm and the ability to provide an efficient service is key, it is hoped that the successful Linux Engineer's technical experience and abilities will include:
- Significant experience within application support, with a strong problem-solving ability
- Strong experience supporting Linux, with Linux command line experience being an advantage
- Strong knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL or other database architectures, plus of NoSQL architectures such as MongoDB
- Experience with Python and/or PHP
