In this role, you will:
- Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
- Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
- Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors
- Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications, US:
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of development experience with .Net Core
- 5+ years of design and develop responsive web applications using Angular, Angular CLI or React
- 3+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
- 3+ years of experience working with RDBMS such as SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL
Required Qualifications, International:
- Experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 10 + years of .Net or Java application development experience or a combination of both
- Mobile Platform Development Experience – Web & Mobile App(Hybrid)
- 3+ Years Agile development including daily scrum and weekly iteration reviews and planning
- Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills

Workforce Experience and Productivity Solutions (WXPS) is seeking a development lead to be part of the Mobility Application Development Services Team. This team is responsible for creating enablement capabilities that improve the Wells Fargo team member mobility experience. The team does this through development and maintenance of internal web and mobile applications as well as support for 3rd party mobile applications deployed on our platform.
In this lead position, the individual will be required to work across multiple development initiatives. This individual will also need to be capable of working independently, as a lead, or as part of a team – which could be an Agile Kanban or Scrum team.
