As part of our expansion plans we are looking for an experienced Software Development Manager to join us @ our new offices in Kings Cross. Our vision is to create innovative products for the construction industry to save time, resources and beyond all, the well being and health of our staff.

What we'd like from you:
Development (including hands on coding (PHP, Python, Java)
Drive & mentor the other developers
Be an active participant in discussions about design and architecture
Pro-actively look for ways to make Mobile-Technologies better: new technologies implementation, process improvement.
Be passionate about technology & quality deliverables and be an advocate for best practices in software development (code review, unit test coverage, etc.)
Bonus points for;
At least 3 years of experience in your respective field
Experience with ‘Full Stack’
Experience Agile & Kanban
Be competent with database concepts and SQL
Experience with on-promise and cloud (Azure, AWS) deployments
Comfortable coding as well as managing
Good communication skills in English
Be a team player, not afraid to communicate clearly on issues and progress
