The role will also play an integral part in ensuring that all the HR Data on the various systems are accurate and reflect the new organisational and divisional structures.
This role has no direct reports and reports to the HR Project Manager.
Key accountabilities include:
Ensuring that all HR/People Systems are updated and aligned to the new Organisational and Divisional Structures (I-Trent, Eploy, Workstars, Loop etc)
Ensuring that all HR/People activities are aligned to the new organisational and divisional structure
Supporting the HR Project Manager on a number of the key business people change projects (including branding)
Assist in setting up data and reporting in the new organisational and divisional structures
Supporting with any Data Cleansing that mat be required
Support with interactions with Senior stakeholders.
Managing Excel files and structuring data, as well as compiling any necessary reports
Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
A good solid HR generalist background at either an advisory or business partner level
Experience of HRIS Systems – I-Trent would be advantageous
Interact and engage with HR, Business stakeholders and other teams
Owns the data accuracy and maintenance of the data in the system
Strong organisation skills as well as attention to detail and due diligence
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
