What The Job Does
The People Team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty are looking for a HR Data Analyst to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for reporting on and maintaining People systems. They will be the primary point of contact for system support and any reporting or analysis.
- Ownership of People/L&D/Recruitment reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Dashboard creation and updates for the above areas
- Data Analysis and commentary for the People Leadership Team and wider business
- Monitor and track payroll related activities
- Salesforce / Sage People – troubleshooting, maintenance and updates
- Workable – maintenance and updates
- Talent LMS – maintenance and updates
- Provide system support and training for the People team
- Working with colleagues in People Operations and IT Service Desk teams to improve processes
Requirements
Some attributes we are looking for:
- Excellent excel and system experience with amazing attention to detail
- Be able to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers, through timely, effective communication
- Excellent communications, written and verbal
- Must possess the ability to multi-task
- Proactive and can-do attitude
- Great problem-solving skills and an ability to take decisions under pressure
- Previous experience in system administration preferred
- Highly computer literate with advanced excel skills
