This is an exciting opportunity to work within a vibrant Human Resources Team for the largest home improvements company in the UK. Reporting directly to the Group HR Director in the development and delivery of HR reporting and analytics strategy adding value across the business. Overseeing all the HR Systems to implement and develop supporting continuous improvement and drive efficiency The role will include:
Supporting the Group HR Director through maintaining a high-quality reporting portfolio and providing critical analysis
Working with various reporting tools to manipulate, extract and present data including SSMS, AS400, Power BI
Produce and maintain Power BI visualisations and dashboards
Develop and support an analytics strategy to drive continuous improvement
Full time role however part time will also be considered
This role is based in Norwich with a degree of flexibility towards remote working.
We are ideally looking for candidates with previous experience & knowledge in a similar role – You will need experience with Advanced Excel – Intermediate Power BI skills and be able to translate report requests into meaning and concise results Knowledge of advanced t-SQL query skills will be essential – Ideally with HR systems and payroll systems
