We have a great specialist role available for an HR Data analyst to join a large high profile corporate client (12 month FTC)
This interim role will support the business in a system implementation project to enable them to have a first class digital workplace experience
This role will work in a dedicated global team where you will be responsible for:
Gathering requirements that meet key customer objectives
Developing and completing test plans/scripts
Developing non system related functions including building spreadsheets and templates
Prepare and collect data for conversion
Participate in testing cycles
Guide users of the application and the testing of new functionality
Fix and resolve systems issues
Assist with configurations changes, data changes
Identify solutions and improvement plans
You will have relevant experience working in an HR data/MI analyst role including experience in HRIS implementation. You will have strong analytical skills combined with excellent/advanced excel expertise. You will be highly organised with strong attention to detail in testing and when manipulating/validating data.
