Job Title: HR Data Analyst

The focus of the role will be to develop and continually improve Management Information reports and analytics to the business.
What you will be doing
Based in at our head office, you’ll be delivering HR Management Information, analytics and key performance indicators (KPI’s) to the business. Supporting the wider HR team in delivering the more complex ad-hoc reporting, ensuring a keen focus and delivery for all stakeholders in line with our HR strategy.
Main responsibilities of the role
Assist in the management and enhancement of HR data by carrying out administration activities including; testing, data cleansing, configuration and managing user access.
Produce and interpret timely and meaningful HR management/KPI reports, highlighting trends and promoting proactive people management activities.
Develop and implement continuous improvements to HR / MI processes.

HR Systems Administration with workflow configuration and module implementation (ResourceLink would be an advantage)
