A Quantitative Trading firm funded by a multibillion-dollar VC is actively looking for a Head of Quantitative Trading to run their futures market making (Digital Asset) team.
Although their current team of 5 quants has been running successful alpha for the past years, the CEO is looking for a leader to not only improve and generate new alphas, but also will have the responsibility to grow the team.
The team is currently composed of stellar professionals coming from Quant Shop including but not limited to Citadel Securities, Jump Trading and SIG.
The firm is looking to offer a competitive base salary with a guaranteed package for the first year of employment. You will get a direct access to the as well as Equity Shares of the firm.
