WHAT TO EXPECT
The main purpose of this role is to develop and deliver the front-end component of progressive web applications for the in vehicle infotainment system in the new generation of cars. Additional responsibilities will include: complex user interaction implementation, comprehensive software testing, and management and creation of node-js back-end api services. You will be working within a small Agile process focussed team and expected to be self motivated and quality conscious at all stages
Key accountabilities and responsibilities
In this role you will be able to deliver reliable code, always ready to release. While maintaining a high level of code test coverage and a reliable testing pipeline.
Ensuring delivered code is free of bugs or user interaction issues, as well as performing tests including in vehicle validation.
WHAT YOULL NEED
Significant experience with React, React-Redux or another frontend framework (Vue/Angular)
Significant experience with Java or Node.JS
Advocate for practices such as Test-Driven Development
Experience with modern CI/CD tools and techniques
Previous experience within engineering or programme planning departments
Experience with API development and technologies
