Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate and partner with vendor teams, peers, sponsors, and stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement and innovation opportunities
- Use analytical skills to model business processes and identify areas of opportunity and inefficiencies
- Participate in development and implementation of automated process work flow solutions, using a variety of technologies
- Recommend and implement solutions that enhance the user experience, defining and creating work flow applications
- Use work flow software to create process models, build user interfaces and forms, implement business rules and enforce compliance gates
- Train and support business units, prioritize change requests, troubleshoot technical support issues, and act as a liaison between vendors and internal business units
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of full stack development experience using object-oriented programming
- Ability to think think critically and strategically to develop solutions that meet the complex needs of the business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to implement change effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong integration experience, preferably using SSIS or similar tools
- Front end development experience using JavaScript and JavaScript libraries
