What You Will Be Doing
On a day-to-day basis the Data Science Team partners with the product team to convert user stories into technical requirements, and handle data science work from start to finish. The Data Science Team also works closely with various other engineering teams to ensure that all work is complete, including scripts and pipelines for running models continuously.
What You Need for this Position
- Python
- SQL
- AWS
3+ years of relevant work experience
Very comfortable in Python, including libraries such as scikit-learn, tensorflow/pytorch, open-cv/scikit-image, pandas/numpy, spacy/nltk, etc
SQL and database experience
Experience with cloud environments, AWS specifically is a plus
Helpful Skills
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with unit and integration tests
Experience building deployment systems such as CI/CD and Test Automation
Experience with computer vision
Experience with Operations Research or mathematical optimization
Knowledge of statistics/probability, machine learning, deep learning
