Super opportunity in Herefordshire for an Embedded Engineer to join an exciting world leading company in the medical / security sector. Our client is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join a small, close-knit team. You will have the opportunity to participate in the complete software product development lifecycle. (design, development and verification). This role will suit someone with a minimum of 1 yr working in industry but could also accommodate a more experienced Embedded Software Engineer.
I am looking for a well educated Embedded Software Engineer with 1-5yrs of the following experience:
- Embedded software programming (C, C++)
- Object-Oriented programming concepts (Java, C++)
- Software design and documentation, preferably using UML
- Software revision control tools (e.g. Subversion, GIT)
- Fault finding, test and verificationSuitable applicants will be a strong team player, self-starter and committed to success with a methodical and rigorous approach to achieving tasks and objectives. You should also be a good communicator with attention to detail and pride in your work. You will be joining a bright talented team and you should enjoy scientific discussion.
