Main responsibilities:
– Manage the Company's CRM system
– Manage the website, including:
— Create SEO rich content for the website to improve traffic with buyer intent
— Analyse web traffic conversions and how customers navigate through the website, and implement ideas for improvement
— Ensure photographic content on the website is kept up to date
– Create content for social media to achieve their marketing goals
– Use LinkedIn to generate new leads
– Support the sales department by providing analysis of product performance and seasonal trends
– Research competitor activity
– Run email lists including their newsletter funnel
Essential skills & attributes:
– Qualified to degree level or a minimum of 3 years experience in digital economies and e-commerce
– Understanding of web-analytic tools such as Google analytics
– Highly organised, analytical and technically minded
– Proficient in various data analysis techniques and procedures
– Excellent report writing and presentation abilities
– Professional, punctual and goal driven
Preferred additional skills:
– Ability to create graphic advertising for marketing campaigns
– Ability to create photographic content
– Ability to create video content
– Familiarity with Klaviyo, Ahrefs,
