Expleo Engineering are seeking Data Engineer with Apache NiFi experience to assist with our client's Digital Kaizen Hyper Competitiveness supporting their manufacturing plant with data visualization / IoT systems across the site.
- Developing and implementing data analysis (AI/BI) on Big data for plant wide visualization of KPIs
- Interpret, model and analyse data results using statistical techniques
- Identification of patterns and trends in plant data to highlight root cause of KPI failures
- Develop web based dashboards, graphs and visualization interfaces for Cold data end user requests
- Control of Project Security and vulnerability conformity within project design and development.
- Developing data extraction and visualisation solutions using approved tools (DFP, Apache NIFI, NodeRed, Hadoop, etc.)
- Build databases and data analysis tool within existing NMUK servers
- Development of front end UI tailored to end user data visualization requests (Application and Web based UI)
Skills
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (AI/BI, data modelling, data cleansing and data enrichment techniques)
- Knowledge of PLC's and CATIA NX an advantage
- Proficiency in using data query languages such as SQL, etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge of web based development such as (HTML, CSS and Java script)
