I have recently teamed up with a publishing company, working on the behalf of the UK’s newspaper and licenses organisation.
Licensing over 140,000 business and organisations ranging from large government bodies, plcs and limited companies to public relations agencies.
They are looking for a Data Engineer to work within their technology department, whilst working hand in hand with the Business Intelligence and Process Automation team.
You will be leading ETL solutions for the delivery of BI and Data warehousing projects. Giving you the opportunity to work closely with suppliers and stakeholders understanding their requirement and delivering.
Responsibility
- Writing ETL scripts in Python and extracting data from APIs
- Working with stakeholders, Analytics and BI reporting teams
- Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
- Data warehousing platforms
Requirements
- Azure or AWS or (GCP Preferred)
- Sql knowledge, familiar with Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query
- Visualisation tools Qlikview, Qliksense Tableau
- Python programming Commercial data solving
