This position will be responsible for developing test scenarios and test plans for new reporting and analytical tools that will support our drive to 5 star performance for WellMed Central Quality. This individual will also support business analysts with BRD development, work with stakeholders to answer questions, perform UAT, and any other related ad hoc work as requested.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish appropriate testing metrics/targets to validate that business requirements are being met
- Conduct and support testing activities that include but are not limited to, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and production validation
- Plan and execute user testing scenarios and help prepare test data
- Communicate testing results to business analysts and manager on the team
- Provide ongoing support to existing reporting to ensure end users understand the changes
- Work with the training department to develop new training and update existing training on tableau reporting
- Work with the business to determine use cases to develop test scenarios using database queries and data analysis
- Follow Reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, annual and ad hoc reporting to management
- Troubleshoots data integrity issues, analyzes data for completeness to meet business needs, and proposes documented solution recommendations
- Supports testing for reporting and analysis on all business initiative projects
- Recommends and implements new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information
- Troubleshoots and coordinates resolutions for all issues related to reports supported by the department
- Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology or related field (4 additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelors degree)
- 2+ years of reporting/analytic experience
- 1+ years of experience with user acceptance testing or QA
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a managed care environment
- Experience in Medicare Advantage Part D (MAPD), Quality and HEDIS operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with special attention to accuracy and detail
- Self-starter with a proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities and ensure successful completion of all projects and requests
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high volume workload situations

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $54,400 to $97,000. The salary/hourly range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $60,000 to $106,700.
