ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Our client who is headquartered in Shelton, CT is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team due to high growth in their corporate office! They are a global organization with locations across the U.S. and Canada. Personality fit is the #1 driving factor for hiring with this company! This team is looking for someone who is eager, adaptable, and willing to learn and expand with the company as they continue with upward growth!
Work Hours: 8:30-5pm in office full time
BONUS! They believe in promoting from within, and this role is one of the first that the team looks at for upward mobility within the organization. This is a great starting position to really learn the foundation of their business.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
- Power BI experience needed
- Comfortable setting up security profiles and permissions
- SQL experience comfortable with SQL queries and importing data
- Setup security profiles and permissions
- Build dashboards that measure reporting structures targeting sales, KPI, vendor management, financial KPI
- Building dashboards to show payroll data and metrics
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highly experienced in business and taking data to build reports into PowerBI
Previous experience with transportation, both domestic and international is a plus! - Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with experience in Pivot Tables
