Reed Talent Solutions are working with a Greater Manchester based Housing Group on the search for a temporary Data Analyst Position.

Location – Manchester M21
Hours -8am-5pm Monday to Friday (Subject to change)
Contract – Temporary (potential for permanent)
Pay Band – 26’000
Job Summary:
- To analyse data, review against KPI targets and to provide reporting in the required format to multiple stakeholders.
- To drive up the quality of the data collected and to ensure that gaps are addressed in a timely fashion
- To enhance Great Places as the Lead Providers ability to produce data, graphs and evidence of the work of the pilot, ensuring that meaningful and pertinent data is collected
- To gather outcome information from multiple partners ensuring deadlines are met to be used in monthly contract monitoring reporting on programme performance.
- To support the wider partnerships ability to record data correctly and robustly, driving up the quality of the data and evidence held by the GMHF Pilot.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
Including but not limited to –
- To co-ordinate the collection of performance information as requested and to produce reports for contract monitoring meetings with commissioners; stakeholders reporting to the Housing First Project Board and to respond to any requests for ad hoc performance information.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the GMTHINK (Case Management) system, providing training to the frontline staff in the required GMHF Recording Standards.
- To act as the single point of contact for both users of and the developer/support team (Real Systems) for the GMTHINK (Case Management) system.
- Provide the driving force behind improvements to GMTHINK reporting dashboards. Handling day to day recording queries, updating and clarifying the GMHF Recording Standards as needed.
- To support the Zone and Team Leads of the Delivery Teams in analysing and reporting on their own teams’ performance.
- Provide insightful analysis of data that identifies emerging trends, providing insight into potential service delivery issues or lessons learned to drive a continuous improvement culture.
Essential Criteria:
Including but not limited to –
- Experience in data analysing and familiar with GDPR regulations and data protection.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Enjoy evidence based data analysis of performance
