Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Data Analyst to join an expanding organisation in Blackburn. The role is a 3 Month temporary position with scope to extend, and a very flexible hybrid opportunity once training is complete
The Role:
- Conduct analysis and interpret trends and gaps in data, using these techniques to identify emerging risks and issues
- Efficiently handle big data sets in Excel, ensuring data is correct and handled efficiently but without error
- Deal with internal reports and KPIs, with the reports taking the data and describing what the data is saying in real-terms
- Communicate with internal members of the organisation, explaining complex data reports in a manner that a non-tech focused audience can understand
The Person:
- Confidently communications when reporting on data both internally and externally
- Strong Excel skills, especially with Data manipulation
- Previous IT Sector experience
- Knowledgeable about data and how to read the data and interpret real-world meanings from it
