This role is to perform complex data analysis and reporting that improves our industry leading analytics for ERA Enterprise Reporting & Analysis and specifically within our pharmacy supporting group.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop innovative analytic solutions, create actionable insights and drive better decisions and performance to help the business achieve its business objectives
Establish a deep understanding of the business and collaborate with Business SMEs to shape the reporting solutions provided
Develop ETL, workflows and automated reporting solutions as needed by the business
Support operational analytics, machine learning and process improvement data deep dive, identify and execute on new opportunities for increases in efficiencies and performance
Develop visionary and creative analytic solutions to measure business performance; identifies / quantifies drivers, risks and opportunities and defines solutions to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities
Influences senior leadership to adopt new ideas, projects and / or approaches
Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
Identify and help mitigate risks to the data and organizational health
Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; Collaborating on solutions to those identified problem areas and following the software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) OR 2+ years of experience in a data analyst role
1+ years of experience working with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Domo or similar reporting software)
1+ years of experience utilizing SQL and / or relational database tools (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL or similar databases)
Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year of experience working with Tableau
1+ year of experience working with Alteryx
1+ year of experience working with ETL tools (Alteryx, SSIS, SAS, Excel VBA)
Healthcare domain knowledge – understanding claims, member & provider data
Experience with automating/scheduling processes in the big data platform
Soft Skills:
Excellent critical thinking and problem problem-solving skills
