Due to growth we are currently looking for an experience Customer Success Manager to join the core part of my clients DNA.
This start-up has rocketed from a handful of people to 120+ in just a few short years, with 70% + growth coming during the pandemic.
They are a privately funded venture that provides some of the World’s biggest companies, including IBM and Salesforce with a cutting-edge DevOps solution that simplifies and revolutionises how applications are built and released.
They are one of only four companies globally servicing a huge addressable market and lead the way with many of the unique features offered within the platform and level of thought leadership delivered back to the community.
You will own the commercial outcomes for your accounts, including managing customer renewals, ensuring high levels of retention and finding and closing growth opportunities.
Proactively identify accounts at risk of churn, and engage to get them back on track
Work closely with the technical and sales teams to support new customers
