Salary: 90,000- 110,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

Our Client is one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK, and are currently expanding their Architecture practice. They are looking for an accomplished AWS Solution Architect to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right AWS Solution architect/AWS Architect to gain valuable experience working for public and private sector clients within Transport, Telco and Private bodies.
AWS Solution Architect/AWS Architect Role Responsibilities
‘ Providing ongoing support and specialist domain knowledge around WSO2 and AuthN/AuthZ within the platform and formulating short term and longer term options for a more sustainable IAM solution
‘ WSO2 IDS & APIM uplift to mitigate technical debt whilst minimising impact on other services
‘ Roadmap for integration with NIAM
‘ Leads the development of solution architectures, ensuring consistency with specified requirements agreed with both external and internal customers.
‘ Ensure that the design meets key functional and non-functional requirements and will allow the operational and through-life scenarios required for the solution to be satisfied.
‘ Owns and manages technical and solution risks. Works to reduce and mitigate at earliest practical opportunity
‘ Leads estimation efforts to rapidly develop an understanding of potential solution costs and delivery timescales including appropriate Service regimes for solutions in production operation
‘ Retains overall ownership of solution through delivery and transition into operation and/or subsequent refinement, or modification.
‘ Works with Delivery Assurance functions to agree on how the quality and progress of a given solution delivery should be tracked, and acts an expert resource to support interventions on projects where solution quality or progress has become an issue.
AWS Solution Architect/AWS Architect Requirements
‘ WSO2 knowledge (IDS, APIM) – Identity and Access management
‘ Domain knowledge in SOA, API and identity management, permissions models
‘ AWS Certifications
‘ Candidates will have a background of hands-on cloud technical work Ideally a background of software development, to Tech Lead, to Solution Architect
‘ All Applicants must obtain UK Government Security Clearance (SC level)
