We are currently looking for an experienced Client Data Manager for a fast growing, data driven, management consultancy that helps business play its part in building a zero carbon world.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced data manager who is passionate about making a difference.
The successful candidate will have:
- Evidence of interest in sustainability and the environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent in in use of MS Excel
- Experience with managing complex data sets and a good grasp of databases and data analysis procedures
- Strong analytical acumen with a strong methodical approach to problem solving
- Good project management skills with the ability to communicate technical details to a range of audiences
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to directly engage the client teams and utility suppliers, either over the phone or in person
- Great team leadership and management skills
- A degree in a relevant
Desirable:
- Experience with data hygiene practices
- Experience in designing and implementing data management processes
- Experience working within a consultancy environment
- Experience with SQL or Python
- Experience with data visualisation tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau
- Experience around implementing new workflows and providing training
The Role
As a Client Data Manager, you will join the Data Management team focusing on ensuring the data that collected on behalf of clients is of the highest quality. You will become an expert in sustainability data and support the consultants across all the services offerings.
You will be working with Programme and Project Managers to fully understand client’s data requirements. You will be accountable for the datasets of our clients and working with the Data Management team to consistently improve the quality and accuracy of the data that drives their sustainability reporting needs. You will have responsibilities of managing and overseeing the Data Integrity Analysts and ensuring the work being delivered is up to standards.
You will be working with the Data Team Lead and supporting in developing, improving and standardising our data processes and workflows. You will also have responsibility around training and bringing the team up to speed with any changes to tools, processes and workflows.
