Backend Software Engineer London / WfH to 85k
Backend Software Engineer / Developer (Python API microservices) *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a data centric Python Developer seeking a role where youll be challenged, continually learning and able to work from home most of the time?
You could be joining a successful and well funded start-up software house; the core Beta product is a multi-dimensional data analysis software suite intended to modernise and simplify sales projections for major retailers.
As a Backend Software Engineer you will focus on backend development and implementation of efficient algorithms for visualising, interacting with and ingesting data. You will also gain exposure to front end development with JavaScript / TypeScript and React, you can pick these up on the job.
Youll be joining an Agile team, collaborating remotely and meeting up for socials once or twice a month in London; youll be supported as part of a collaborative and accomplished team where you can make a real difference.
Requirements:
- You have strong Python development skills
- You have a good knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices environments
- Ideally you will have some experience with Docker, Kubernetes and / or JavaScript, TypeScript or React a willingness to learn is essential!
- Youre collaborative with great communication skills and Agile team experience
