About the vacancy:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join the Asset Strategy team at Newport City Homes.
The Asset Strategy team are responsible for developing and communicating our investment programme.
The investment includes traditional component replacement programmes, complex projects and remodelling, retrofit and energy efficiency measures, mechanical & electrical replacement and is aligned to our fire remediation projects.
The Asset Strategy Data Analyst will be responsible for:
- Leading the collection of data across multiple systems in relation to the condition, energy performance and carbon emissions of our 8,500 homes
- Developing the Major Works investment plan
- Championing new ways of working including the use of technology to improve the way we develop our programmes
- Working with stakeholders across the business to deliver the largest positive impact to our residents including plans for Net Zero energy retrofit measures
- Support the communication of those plans to internal and external stakeholders
