Concept Resourcing are looking for a 3rd Line Application & Cloud Engineer to join a global Technology company based in Peterborough. You will be responding to 3rd Line incidents, working on projects, and assisting new customer transitions. Key responsibilities:
- Respond to incidents logged on the Incident Management system and provide end users with a technical solution within Service Level Agreements.
- Provide a point of technical escalation, expertise and mentoring for 2nd Line Engineers.
- Aid Team members and Analysts as required.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proven knowledge/ experience in cloud tech Azure OR AWS
- CSP and Subscription Management
- Virtual Machines, VNET, Storage Accounts, AAD, Load Balancers
- SQL Databases, Cosmos DB, App Services
- Security Centre
- Backup, ASR, ANF
- Office 365
- Exchange on-line, Teams, SharePoint, Skype for Business, OneDrive, Intune
- AWS
Salary package & Benefits:
